新时代公立医院文化建设路径探索与实践

Cultural construction is an important part of the high-quality development of public hospitals in the new era. This paper will take the East Campus of Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University as an example to briefly outline the research background and focus on analyzing the path exploration in the cultural construction of the East Campus of the hospital and its positive role in promoting the high-quality development of the hospital from two aspects: the path of hospital cultural construction and the demonstration effect of cultural construction. It also explores how to leverage strengths and address weaknesses, innovate in cultural construction, and better promote the high-quality development of hospitals in the new era.
