三维交叉波叠加现象研究
Study on Two-Wave Superposition Phenomena in Three-Dimensional Crossing Waves
摘要
交叉波作为海洋中一种常见的波浪类型,是探索海洋中波浪机理的重要研究对象。本文使用三维线性水波理论,在深水下、对两个不同方向的规则波在给定的传播方向和频率上进行叠加。在线性假设下,利用三维线性水波理论形成叠加波浪场,并围绕波浪场测点时历与三维抓拍图进行分析。本文采用不等入射角等波长和不等波长等入射角的波浪交叉工况,测点记录线性交叉的时历结果,以及对应的三维波面抓拍图。结果显示,不同方向的两个三维规则波以等波长进行交叉时,依然会呈现棋盘状的三维波面,且满足矢量合并的原则,合并后的波浪传播方向会改变。而当两个三维规则波以不等波长进行交叉时,此时原本的交叉点会出现随着波长差距的增大越来越趋于扁平状的现象,但并不影响合成后波浪的传播方向。因此本文通过分析给出了决定交叉波传播方向和交叉点形状的两个重要影响参数。该研究对于三维交叉波的基本机理研究有着重要的意义。Abstract
Crossing waves are a common oceanic wave pattern and an important subject for investigating wave dynamics. This manuscript employs three-dimensional linear wave theory in deep water to superimpose two regular wave trains with prescribed propagation directions and frequencies. Under the linear assumption, a composite wave field is constructed and analyzed through time histories at selected measurement points together with instantaneous three-dimensional surface snapshots. Two sets of crossing configurations are examined: unequal incidence angles with equal wavelengths, and unequal wavelengths with equal incidence angles. The results show that when two three-dimensional regular waves of equal wavelength intersect from different directions, the free surface retains a checkerboard-like pattern and obeys the principle of wave-vector addition, yielding a resultant wave whose propagation direction is rotated relative to the originals. When the two waves intersect with unequal wavelengths, the original intersection nodes become increasingly flattened as the wavelength mismatch grows, while the resultant propagation direction remains unchanged. Through this analysis, we identify two key parameters that govern the propagation direction of the combined wave and the geometry of the intersection nodes-namely, the difference in incidence angles and the wavelength ratio-thereby clarifying fundamental mechanisms of three-dimensional crossing waves.. 关键词
