摘要
生鲜冷链物流作为保障生鲜产品品质，守护食品安全的核心环节，其学术研究进入快速发展阶段。本研究选取2010年至2024年间中国知网和Web of Science两大数据库中共618篇核心文献，运用CiteSpace软件，融合文献计量法与可视化分析技术，系统厘清该领域的研究脉络、核心热点及演化趋势。研究结果表明，高校是国内外研究的核心主体，但合作网络稀疏，未来研究将以技术融合、绿色低碳与供应链协同优化为核心，助力破解冷链行业痛点，推动生鲜冷链物流行业高质量发展。Abstract
As a core component in ensuring the quality of fresh produce and safeguarding food safety, academic research on fresh cold chain logistics has entered a phase of rapid development. This study selected 618 core documents from two major databases-China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science-published between 2010 and 2024. Utilizing CiteSpace software and integrating bibliometric analysis with visualization techniques, it systematically clarifies the research trajectory, core hotspots, and evolutionary trends within this field. Findings indicate that universities serve as the primary research entities both domestically and internationally, though collaborative networks remain sparse. Future research will focus on technological integration, green and low-carbon solutions, and supply chain synergy optimization to address industry pain points and drive high-quality development in the fresh cold chain logistics sector. 关键词
