摘要

本实验旨在探究人参茶水溶性色素的最佳超声波辅助提取条件。实验探究了料液比、超声功率、超声时间、超声温度等因素对人参茶水溶性色素提取效果的影响。结果显示:人参茶水溶性色素的最佳提取条件为料液比1:45,超声功率70%(350W),超声温度75℃,超声时间20min;在该提取条件下提取的人参茶水溶性色素的相对含量最高,吸光度为0.959,比料液比、超声功率、超声时间和超声温度等最佳单一提取条件的吸光度分别提高了9.98%、7.75%、10.74%、10.48%。实验明确:人参茶水溶性茶色素的特征吸收波长为390nm;当超声辅助提取条件为料液比1:45,功率70%(350W),温度75℃,时间 20min时,人参茶水溶性色素能获得有效地提取。

Abstract

What are the optimal conditions for extracting water-soluble pigments from Talinum paniculatum Tea (TP) using ultrasonic waves? A systematic investigation of key factors influencing water-soluble pigment extraction from TP revealed that the maximum absorbance value of 0.959 was achieved under the following conditions: liquid-to-solid ratio of 1:45, ultrasonic power of 350W (70% of maximum capacity), extraction temperature of 75 C, and ultrasonic time of 20 minutes. This represented increases of 9.98%, 7.75%, 10.74%, and 10.48% compared with the optimal single-factor conditions for liquid-to-solid ratio, ultrasonic power, extraction time, and temperature, respectively. Spectral analysis revealed that the characteristic absorption wavelength of water-soluble pigments from TP was 390nm. Collectively, these findings demonstrate that the optimal parameters for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of water-soluble pigments from TP are: liquid-to-solid ratio 1:45, ultrasonic power 350W, temperature 75 C, and extraction time 20 minutes.
