基于抗炎、胃肠运动实验探讨布渣叶清热消滞的功效
Based on anti-inflammatory, gastrointestinal motility paniculata experiment of the effect of heat Xiaozhi
目的:观察布渣叶清热消滞的功效;为布渣叶的新产品开发提供药理基础,为临床应用提供更全面参考,填补布渣叶在药理研究方面的空白。方法:观察布渣叶水提液对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的影响,观察水提液对醋酸引起小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响,观察水提液对小鼠肠推进作用的影响。结果:布渣叶水提液对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有明显抑制作用,对醋酸引起小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加有明显抑制作用,对小鼠小肠推进有较大促进作用。 结论:布渣叶水提液具有较好的抗炎作用及显著的促消化作用。
Objective: To observe the heat Xiaozhi paniculata effectiveness; as paniculata new product development to provide pharmacological basis for the clinical application of a more comprehensive reference, fill paniculata gaps in pharmacological studies. Methods: paniculata aqueous extract on xylene-induced ear swelling of mice to observe the water extract of acetic acid induced mouse peritoneal capillary permeability, observed water extract of the role of intestinal propulsion in mice . Results: paniculata aqueous extract on xylene-induced ear edema in mice significantly inhibited acetic acid induced increase in capillary permeability in mice significantly inhibited the small intestine of mice have a greater role in promoting.Conclusion: paniculata aqueous extract has good anti-inflammatory effects and a significant role in promoting digestion.
