构建新型智库体系：苏州的实践与思考

Purpose/significance] Focusing on the homogenization and inefficiency of local new types of think tanks, and taking Suzhou as an example, this paper aims to build a system of new types of think tanks in prefecture-level cities. [Method/process] By on-the-spot investigation, expert interview and literature review methods, this paper analyzed the basic aspects of Suzhous strategic planning, revealed a vivid picture of Suzhou practice, grasped the forefront of the think tank industry, and carried out rational thinking. [Result/conclusion] Suzhou takes action in a comprehensive way, makes more breakthroughs and moves forward in horizontaland vertical dimensions. Suzhou is building a system of new types of think tanks with strong pertinence and effectiveness. Suzhou must innovate resource integration, multiple docking and support service mechanisms for optimizing a system of new types of think tanks.
