中药提取物粉末吸湿特性与粉末物理特性相关性研究

【目的】建立中药提取物粉末吸湿特性与其含水量、粒径、粒形、黏性、水溶性等物理性质相关性。【方法】测定中药提取物粉末吸湿特性、含水量、粒径、粒形、黏性、水溶特性，通过SPSS软件采用因子分析法降维处理吸湿特性参数，并采取多元线性回归法分析吸湿性与其他物理性质相关关系。【结果】中药提取物吸湿特性与含水量、粒径、粒形凸起度呈负相关；与黏性、水溶特性、粒子球形度正相关。【结论】中药提取物粉末吸湿特性与含水量、粒径等物理特性呈显著的相关性。
he correlation between hygroscopic properties and the physical properties of Chinese herbs extracts was researched to find the factors that influenced the hygroscopicity. Physical properties of Chinese herbs extracts were measured including hygroscopic properties, moisture content,particle diameter, particle shape, viscosity, and water-solubility. the correlation was analyzed by factor analysis and multiple linear regression method, it showed hygroscopic properties was negatively correlated with moisture content, particle diameter and convexity; and positively correlated with viscosity water-solubility and circularity. The result confirmes the infactors that affected hygroscopic properties.
