根据板材弯曲理论,在平面变形假设的前提下,考虑了材料的硬化、各向异性及弹性变形,建立了帽形件弯曲理论分析模型,对宽板帽形件弯曲进行了理论分析,推导出了弯矩、弯曲行程、弯曲力和回弹角的计算公式,并对影响板材回弹和弯曲力的因素进行了理论分析,理论计算与实验及模拟结果进行了比较,为宽板帽形件弯曲智能化控制中参数识别及预测模型输入层和输出层变量的确定提供了理论依据。

n analytical model of cap-shape bending is proposed in this paper based on plane strain condition and bending theory of sheet metal. The model takes into account of the spring back of the harden ability, anisotropy and elastic deformation of sheet metal. The process of Cap-shape bending of wide sheet metal is analyzed based the model in this paper, obtains calculate formula of bending moment, bending stroke, bending force and springback angle , and analyzes the factors which influence bending force and springback. Solution of theory is compared to experiment and simulation. It provides the theory base for the confirmation of parameter identification and prediction model of the import layer and export layer in intelligent control of cap-shape bending of wide sheet metal.
