基于制度过程视角的制度有效性影响因素研究

he institution is the important tool to manage humanity, and the effectiveness of institution has become the center of attention of institutional researchers and practitioners. By reviewing the academic achievements and institutional effectiveness concept, we built a model about the effectiveness of influencing factors and their relationship from the process of institution which including development, implementation and improvement, derived from the formulation of the system - executive - perfect three-link that we can have a comprehensive understanding of institutional effectiveness, and it can contribute to build a effectiveness evaluation system. Analysis the right symmetry system, related people's participation and communication mechanism for system effectiveness that the higher rights symmetry, the higher level of participation and communication mechanisms effective help to improve institutional effectiveness. This study provides a new perspective for researching the effectiveness of institution.
