振动是工程机械重要的固有特性之一 ,是机械运行状态和故障检测的重要参数。针对中低频旋转机械 ,在实验室拟研制了方便、快捷、智能化的机械振动检测仪。本系统设计是以单片机为核心的设计。给出了硬件电路总体设计及软件总体设计。以振动检测为主,旨在为实时在线监测运行设备的故障诊断提供有力而可靠的数据支持。本文简要叙述设计的各部分构成,该仪器电路简单、成本低、性能优异。可以推广用于矿井挖掘机等旋转机械的故障检测。

he vibration is an important inherent property of the engineering machine and an important parameter of the machine circulating appearance and fault testing. According to middle and low frequency rotating machine, it has designed a convenient, fast, intelligent machinery vibration testing instrument. The design is based on single-chip design. It described the collectivity design of the hardware and software. Taking the vibration testing as the lord, it as to provide dependable data support for fault diagnosis of the on-line monitor circulates equipments. The text simply introduced each part of the instrument. The instrument has a simple circuit, low price, high performance. It can be used for mine excavator rotating machinery fault detection, etc.
