基于InTouch和IAS的电解铝厂铸造车间的信息化改造

On the basis of renovation of informatization for foundry of aluminium electrolysis, the article introduces the feature of InTouch and IAS with design of monitored control system based on InTouch and IAS. It introduces especially realization of hardware platform and settings of the communication between host computer and PLC. Renovation of informatization achieves the following function: host computer shows operational state of device real time; it can realize to monitor and control the product line in the condition of use of industrial television and so on. The result proves that the system has characteristics such as friendly human machine interface, operation easily, safety and stabilization.
