锌基表面上超疏水结构的制备
Fabrication of Super Hydrophobic Surfaces on Zn Substrate
利用全氟癸酸(CF3(CF2)8COOH)试剂在金属锌表面上构建微-纳米级粗糙结构,使得金属锌表面的具有超疏水的润湿性能。实验结果显示,制备的锌片表面是一种无序的,花瓣状的微-纳米结构,表面与水的接触角为153.5 ,滚动角小于2 ,具有超疏水特性。之后,我们通过对实验方案的一些改动,成功缩短了制备疏水基底所用的时间,并使得基底具有了一些新的特性。
In this paper,we succeeded in fabricating nanometers and micrometer roughness structures upon zinc plates by useing perfluorocarboxylic acid solutions.For the as-prepared zinc surface,the contact angle of water is 153.5 and the rolling angle is smaller than 2 ,such syrface exhibits a super-hydrophobic property.After that,via change the experimental scheme,we succeeded reduce the time of the super-hydrophobic surface preparation,and made the plate have some other new properties.
