我国住户调查中县级样本的代表性评估

he county sample of Household Survey of China is almost the same since 30 years ago. Since the structure of county level changes, the representation of county fixed sample declines, which needs to be re-evaluated. This paper firstly analyzes the current three kinds of solutions of the problem, and points out the existing problems. On this basis, this paper presents the analysis of a new perspective, starting from the fixed sample survey in perspective, considering the Hansen Hurwitz estimator and the corresponding calibration estimator of the important variables under the condition of an important criterion, and gives a method of the minimum transformation when new sample need to be extracted.
