骨骼肌运动性疲劳的实验研究进展
Research Progress on exercise-induced fatigue of skeletal muscle
运动性疲劳是指连续性超负荷运动后,机体不能维持其机能在一特定水平上和(或)不能维持预定的运动强度。根据其影响的区域,主要分为外周性疲劳和中枢性,外周疲劳通常涉及到肌肉结构和功能的受损,而中枢疲劳则涉及到运动神经元和中枢神经系统内部过程。本文主要针对外周性疲劳,就近年来在骨骼肌运动性疲劳的产生机制和干预手段方面的相关实验研究进行了综述,以期为有效防治运动性肌肉疲劳提供研究思路和理论指导依据。
Exercise-induced fatigue refers to that the body can\'t maintain its function at a specific level and (or) can\'t maintain the predetermined exercise intensity after continuous overload exercise. According to the area of fatigue, it can be divided into peripheral fatigue and central fatigue. This paper mainly focuses on peripheral fatigue, and summarizes the experimental research on the mechanism and intervention of skeletal muscle exercise-induced fatigue in recent years, in order to provide research ideas and theoretical guidance for the effective prevention and treatment of exercise-induced fatigue.
