季铵盐改性壳聚糖的制备及抗菌性能研究
Preparation of Modified Chitosan with Quaternary Ammonium Salt and Its Antibacterial Property
本文将2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵接枝到壳聚糖的氨基上制备了水溶性壳聚糖季铵盐(HTCC)。文章讨论了反应物摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度和水用量等因素对季铵盐改性壳聚糖的取代度(DS)及反应效率的影响。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和化学滴定法对其结构进行了表征,同时测试了季铵盐改性壳聚糖对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性,与改性前壳聚糖相比,杀菌效果有了很明显的提高。

A water-soluble chitosan derivative, N-[(2-hydroxy-3-trimethylammonium) propyl] chitosan chloride (HTCC), was prepared by introducing quaternary ammonium salt groups on the amino groups of chitosan. The influence factors of synthetic reaction, such as the molar ratio of reactants, the time, temperature and the amount of water were discussed. The structure of this chitosan quaternary ammonium salt are characterized by FT-IR、1H-NMR and Chemical titration method. The antibacterial activities of quaternized chitosan against Staphylococcus aureus were explored. It was found that the antibacterial activity of quaternized chitosan against S. aureus is much stronger than that of chitosan.
