I Legumes maintain their normal growth through photosynthesis of the aboveground part and interaction of the underground part with rhizobia for carbon and nitrogen exchange, the complex cooperative process between different cells in root nodules links up the metabolism and transport of substances, thus realizing the unique nitrogen fixation process of leguminous plants-biological nitrogen fixation. The carbon and nitrogen metabolism in legume root nodules was introduced in this paper. The functions of infected and non-infected cells were summarized, it is also expected to use new scientific tools to further study the new genes involved in the process of nodule metabolism. It is hoped to provide new ideas and inspirations for metabolic transport mechanism.)
