本文基于SBM-undesirable模型对我国7家上市航空公司2017年-2022年的公司治理效率进行评价,并采用松弛变量分析法识别投入的无效环节,为提高航空公司治理效率的提供理论参考。研究表明,样本航空公司治理效率均大体呈现先下降后增长的变化趋势,总体的技术效率在2020年有大幅度的下降。按乘客人数和公司治理效率值均值由低到高依次分为一、二、三、四组,四个组中的东方航空公司为运输量大、且产出高的最优质企业,春秋航空公司为其所在组别的标杆企业,又为运输量小、但产出高的次优质企业,可作为组内其他航空公司的学习对象。对效率非最优的样本航空公司的投入产出冗余情况进行分析,上市航空公司的高管薪酬、管理费用/营业收入、董事会人数和监事会人数过高是影响样本航空公司效率低的主要原因,应对存在冗余的投入资源进行适当调整,实现资源配置的有效性。

his paper evaluates the corporate governance efficiency of China\'s seven listed airlines from 2017 to 2022 based on the SBM-undesirable model, and uses slack variable analysis to identify the ineffective aspects of the inputs, providing theoretical references for the improvement of airline governance efficiency. The study shows that the governance efficiency of the sample airlines all roughly shows the trend of change of first decline and then growth, and the overall technical efficiency has a substantial decline in 2020. According to the number of passengers and the average value of corporate governance efficiency value from low to high in order into one, two, three, four groups, four groups in the Orient Airlines for the transport volume, and high output of the best quality enterprises, Spring Airlines for its group of benchmark enterprises, but also for the transport volume is small, but the output of the second high-quality enterprises, can be used as a group of other airlines to learn objects. The input-output redundancy of the non-optimally efficient sample airlines is analysed, and the listed airlines\' executive compensation, overhead/operating income, number of board members and number of supervisory board members are the main reasons for the low efficiency of the sample airlines, and the redundant input resources should be appropriately adjusted to achieve the effectiveness of resource allocation.
