政府主导下文旅融合发展问题及路径研究-以龙山县为例

he integration of culture and tourism, as the latest trend in local tourism development, mainly refers to the new business model formed by the integration of cultural and tourism industries. The integration of culture and tourism has become the main path for local governments to develop the economy and accelerate the integration of industries. This article takes Longshan County in Xiangxi Prefecture as an example, and through its current situation, it is found that the problems in the government led development of tourism integration mainly include weak infrastructure and supporting policies, lack of supervision, incomplete cultural tourism market and product cultivation, insufficient cultural and historical exploration, and lack of versatile talents. Analyze and propose specific measures such as improving infrastructure, building a service system, accurately positioning, grasping development direction, deepening cultural value, creating distinctive highlights, innovating and integrating development, attracting external and internal education, and forming a talent team.
