承压特种设备分级监管方法研究

随着工业设备使用年限的延长,超设计使用年限的承压特种设备安全风险逐步增加,本研究针对此类设备的分级监管方法进行深入探索与研究。在监管方法方面,本文通过引入风险评估模型,建立针对承压特种设备的分级监管方法,将更有效地识别潜在危险并采取差异化管理策略,提出基于设备状态等级与运行环境复杂度的分级指标体系,运用Visio软件设计监管流程图,并利用PDCA循环管理进行效能评估与优化,可以使监管机构在有限的资源下,集中力量对高风险设备进行更严格的监控,确保特种设备在超设计年限后依然能够安全运行,降低因设备老化引起的安全事故发生率。

With the extension of the service life of industrial equipment, the safety risk of pressure special equipment over-designed service life is gradually increasing. This study has conducted in-depth exploration and research on the hierarchical supervision method of such equipment. In terms of supervision methods, this paper introduces a risk assessment model to establish a hierarchical supervision method for pressure-bearing special equipment, which will more effectively identify potential hazards and adopt differentiated management strategies. A hierarchical index system based on equipment status level and operating environment complexity is proposed, and Visio software is used to design supervision flow charts. And the use of PDCA cycle management for efficiency evaluation and optimization can enable regulators to focus on more stringent monitoring of high-risk equipment under limited resources, to ensure that special equipment can still operate safely after the design period, and to reduce the incidence of safety accidents caused by equipment aging.?
