为了改善Ni-Mn基记忆合金的综合性能,本文研究了掺杂原子百分比为5 %的Cu取代Ni对Ni45Mn36In14Co5铁磁形状记忆合金马氏体相变、磁学性能力和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Cu取代Ni后,马氏体相变温度快速向低温移动,两相磁化强度差有了显著提升,磁场敏感性明显增强。同时,合金力学性能也有大幅改善。这说明该合金对成分有极强的敏感性和Cu元素对合金性能提高有显著效果,为该类合金的成分设计和性能改善提供了参考。
In this paper, the effect of 5 at.% Cu substitution for Ni on the martensitic transformation, magnetic properties, and mechanical properties of Ni45Mn36In14Co5 alloy were investigated. The results show that the martensitic transformation temperature shifted to lower temperature, and the magnetic field sensitivity is significantly enhanced. At the same time, the mechanical properties have also been significantly improved. This indicates that the alloy has a strong sensitivity to composition and the significant effect of Cu element on improving alloy properties, which provided a reference for the composition design and performance improvement of this type of alloy.
