图技术赋能新质生产力跃升:核心理念、关键技术与主要路径
Empowering New Quality Productivity to Leap through Graphs: Core Ideas, Key Technologies, and Main Paths
【目的】揭秘图技术与新质生产力的赋能关系,为加快形成新质生产力提供新兴技术和新颖观点。【方法】围绕新质生产要素,首先阐明图技术人才、图系统、图数据与劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象的内在关系,紧接着辨析并论述各种图技术及其赋能作用,在此基础上探究图技术赋能新质生产力的发展路径。【结果】为图技术赋能新质生产力跃升,本文提出三大核心理念、十项关键技术、四条主要路径。【局限】有待于进一步研究行业应用、用户案例。【结论】图领域中,图人才、图系统以及图数据,构成了一种新型生产要素及其优化组合;图计算、图存储和图学习等十项关键技术,发挥着“图”特的赋能作用;图新质人才、图新质工具、图新质要素以及图新质生态,成为了图新质生产力跃升的必由之路。
[Objective] Demystifying the empowering relationship between graph technology and new quality productivity will provide emerging technologies and novel perspectives to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity. [Methods] Focusing on new quality production factors, this study first elucidates the intrinsic relationships between graph talents, graph systems, graph data, and laborers, labor means, labor objects. Subsequently, the paper discriminates various graph technologies and discusses their empowering roles. On this basis, we explore the development pathways of graph technology enabling new quality productivity. [Results] In order to enable new quality productivity to leap through graphsthree core ideas, ten key technologies and four main paths are put forward. [Limitations] Industry applications and user cases need to be further studied. [Conclusions] In the realm of graphs, graph talents, graph systems and graph data constitute a new kind of production factor and their optimal combination; ten key technologies, such as graph computing, graph storage and graph learning, play empowering roles with "graph" features; the graph new quality talent, tool, factor and ecology become the only ways for graph new quality productivity to jump.
