氧化镍粉体的制备工艺研究
Study on preparation technology of nickel oxide powder
氧化镍粉体可用于氧化镍靶材的制备,氧化镍粉体的性能关系到靶材的生产成本以及靶材的性能。本文通过研究氧化镍粉体的主要制备参数如粘结剂含量,研磨时间,烧结条件,通过制备参数的变化反应出粉体的微观形貌,松装密度变化,来指导氧化镍的生产。发现粘结剂含量增加,可以改善粉体的球形度,提高粉料的松装密度;研磨可以使得粉体的球形度变差;烧结温度提高球体表面晶粒变大,但是烧结时间的长短对球体表面的微观形貌影响不明显。通过比较制备参数的对微观形貌以及松装密度的影响程度,本文确定了制备氧化镍粉体的最佳工艺参数。
Nickel oxide powder can be used for the preparation of nickel oxide target. The performance of nickel oxide powder is related to the production cost and the performance of the target. In this paper, the main preparation parameters of nickel oxide powder, such as binder content, grinding time, sintering conditions, reflected the micromorphology of the powder through the change of preparation parameters, the change of apparent density, to guide the production of nickel oxide. It is found that the sphericity of powder and the apparent density of powder can be improved with the increase of binder content. Grinding can make the sphericity of the powder worse. With the increase of sintering temperature, the grain size of the surface of the sphere increases, but the sintering time has no obvious effect on the microstructure of the surface of the sphere. By comparing the influence of preparation parameters on the microstructure and apparent density, the optimum process parameters for preparing nickel oxide powder were determined.
