his paper introduces a LabVIEW-based motor condition monitoring system. The system utilizes STM32 and sensors to monitor the important parameters such as temperature, speed, current and other data in the motor running status. The monitored data are connected to the monitoring equipment such as computer through transmission line, and the LabVIEW software is utilized to write the upper computer monitoring interface on the monitoring equipment. The experimental results show that the system can effectively monitor the operating status of the motor, and through the friendly interface provided by the LabVIEW platform for rapid feedback of motor information, but also for the later fault diagnosis to provide monitoring data.)
