This paper, based on the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating talents in colleges and universities, makes clear the logic of The Times to construct the ecology of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, analyzes the development law and ecological mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students, and discusses the implementation path of constructing the ecological system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities through the work experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hunan University.
