PM-16QAM相干光通信的偏振模色散研究

先进的调制格式、偏振复用、相干检测和数字信号处理成为下一代光传输系统的关键技术,利用电子技术领域强大的数字信号处理功能,相干光接收机可以很好地补偿色度色散、偏振模色散、激光相位噪声等传输损耗,本论文研究了偏振复用的16QAM相干光通信系统,对信道中的偏振模色散产生原理进行分析,采用蝶形滤波器进行偏振解复用和偏振模色散(PMD)均衡,传统的偏振解复用算法(CMA)只有一个模值,对于16QAM多模信号误差无法减小到零,针对16QAM等多模信号,采用多模算法RDE、CMMA对信号进行补偿,通过搭建PM-16QAM相干光通信系统验证算法性能,仿真结果表明多模算法RDE、CMMA在PM-16QAM中能够更好的对偏振模色散进行均衡。
dvanced modulation format, polarization multiplexing, coherent detection and digital signal processing have become the key technologies for next-generation optical transmission systems. Using the powerful digital signal processing in the field of electronics, coherent optical receivers can well compensate for transmission losses such as chromatic dispersion, polarization mode dispersion (PMD), and laser phase noise, etc. This thesis investigates the 16QAM coherent optical communication system with polarization multiplexing to analyze the polarization mode dispersion (PMD) in the channel and analyze the generation principle, and uses a butterfly filter for polarization demultiplexing and polarization mode dispersion (PMD) equalization. The polarization demultiplexing (PMD) and polarization mode dispersion (PMD) equalization are carried out by using butterfly filters. The traditional polarization demultiplexing algorithm (CMA) has only one mode value, and the error cannot be reduced to zero for 16QAM multimode signals, and for 16QAM and other multimode signals, multimode algorithms such as RDE and CMMA are used to compensate the signals, and the performance of the algorithms is verified by constructing PM-16QAM coherent optical communication system. The performance of the algorithm is verified by building a PM-16QAM coherent optical communication system, and the simulation results show that the multimode algorithms RDE and CMMA can better equalize the polarization mode dispersion in PM-16QAM..
