轮辋宽度对新能源车铝合金车轮刚度的影响规律研究
Study on the influence of different width wheel rims on the stiffness and structural strength of aluminum alloy wheels for new energy vehicles
新能源汽车有着整备质量重、驱动端悬架刚性大、轮胎扁平率低、加速扭矩大等显著特点,工况条件较传统燃油车要严苛许多。相关技术规范较多仍沿用传统燃油车的设计和评估标准,从而导致设计无法满足实际使用需求的情况。本文展开了不同宽度的轮辋(7J,7.5J,8J)下新能源铝合金车轮的刚度及结构强度的研究。通过实验与仿真的对比轮胎的静态工况,验证轮胎刚度的传力特性,得到了不同宽度轮辋下铝合金车轮的径向刚度、侧向刚度、纵向刚度和扭转刚度的变化规律,有助于解决实际工况结果与设计预期无法匹配的问题。
New energy vehicles have significant characteristics such as heavy curb weight, high suspension rigidity at the driving end, low tire flatness, and high acceleration torque. The operating conditions are much more stringent than traditional fuel vehicles. Many related technical specifications still used to the design and evaluation standards of traditional fuel vehicles, resulting in designs that cannot meet actual usage needs. This article investigates the stiffness and structural strength of new energy aluminum alloy wheels under different widths of wheel rims (7J, 7.5J, 8J). By comparing the static working conditions of tires through experiments and simulations, the force transmission characteristics of tire stiffness were verified, and the variation laws of radial stiffness, lateral stiffness, longitudinal stiffness, and torsional stiffness of aluminum alloy wheels under different width rims were obtained, which can be aided to solve the problem of mismatch between actual working conditions and design expectations.
