连铸生产工艺优化降低SWRH82B 高碳钢C偏析实践

公司下游客户在使用SWRH82B盘条进行钢绞线拉拔时,频繁出现断裂情况,断口呈现脆性断口和笔尖状断口。因此对客户使用的原始盘条和拉拔断裂半成品进行化学成分、夹杂物、金相组织等检验分析。结果显示本次客户反馈脆性断口主要是原始盘条存在碰撞,从而产生擦划伤外观有明显缺陷,而客户反馈笔尖状断口主要是C偏析引起,跟踪过程生产过热度、拉速、二冷配水、电磁搅拌发现以上参数不合理造成。因此技术人员对工艺进行改进,有效降低了中心偏析、C偏析指数,使得SWRH82B盘条在拉拔发生断裂概率明显降低。
ownstream customers of the company frequently encounter fracture problems when using SWRH82B wire rods for steel strand drawing. The fracture surfaces show brittle fractures and pen-tip-shaped fractures. Therefore, inspection and analysis of chemical composition, inclusions, and metallographic structure are carried out on the original wire rods used by customers and the semi-finished products with drawing fractures. The results show that the brittle fractures reported by customers this time are mainly caused by collisions on the original wire rods, resulting in obvious appearance defects such as scratches. The pen-tip-shaped fractures reported by customers are mainly caused by C segregation, which is caused by unreasonable parameters such as superheat during production, drawing speed, secondary cooling water distribution, and electromagnetic stirring. Therefore, technicians have improved the process, effectively reducing the central segregation and C segregation index, and significantly reducing the probability of fractures during the drawing of SWRH82B wire rods.
