水稻(Oryza sativa L.)是全球重要的粮食作物之一,其产量和品质受到多种病虫害的威胁,特别是褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens),这一害虫不仅可直接取食水稻植物,还能传播病毒,导致严重的减产。因此,深入研究水稻抗褐飞虱相关蛋白,识别其功能及机制,对于推广抗虫品种、提高水稻抗病虫害能力具有重要意义。近年来,随着基因组学和蛋白质组学技术的发展,水稻抗褐飞虱的研究逐渐深入。研究发现,水稻体内的抗虫蛋白主要包括类香豆素类、胰蛋白酶抑制剂、素类和许多转录因子等。这些蛋白在水稻遭受褐飞虱侵染时,会迅速表达,参与植物的防御反应。本文综述了目前国内外关于水稻抗褐飞虱相关蛋白的研究进展,包括水稻抗褐飞虱相关蛋白、调控机制。

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the most important food crops in the world, and its yield and quality are threatened by various pest and disease problems, especially the brown planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens), which not only directly feeds on rice plants but also transmits viruses, leading to severe yield reduction. Therefore, it is of great significance to deeply study the rice-resistant proteins related to the brown planthopper, identify their functions and mechanisms, and promote the cultivation of insect-resistant varieties and improve the rice\'s resistance to pests and diseases. In recent years, with the development of genomics and proteomics technologies, research on rice resistance to the brown planthopper has gradually deepened. Research has found that the anti-insect proteins in rice mainly include flavonoids, trypsin inhibitors, protease inhibitors, and many transcription factors. These proteins will rapidly express when rice is infected by the brown planthopper, and participate in the plant\'s defense response. This review summarizes the research progress of rice-resistant proteins related to the brown planthopper at home and abroad, including rice-resistant proteins and regulatory mechanisms.)
