Effects of reductive soil disinfestation and organic fertilizer application on the soil quality in a facility vegetable soil

强还原土壤灭菌(RSD)和施用有机肥已成功应用于土壤连作障碍的防治,为了评估二者对土壤质量的影响,本研究以退化设施蔬菜地土壤为研究对象,设置不施肥对照(CK)、不施肥+淹水覆膜(FF)、施用鸡粪有机肥(OF1)、绿肥田菁还田(OF2)、施用鸡粪有机肥+淹水覆膜(RSD1)、绿肥田菁还田+淹水覆膜(RSD2)6个处理。测定土壤化学和生物学指标共25项,利用主成分分析(PCA)与相关分析构建最小数据集(MDS),基于土壤质量指数法进行土壤质量评价并验证了MDS的合理性。结果表明,构建的MDS由全氮(TN)、全碳(TC)、速效磷(AP)、可溶性有机碳(DOC)、铵态氮(NH4+-N)、pH、微生物生物量碳(MBC)、微生物生物量磷(MBP)、细菌Chao1指数(BChao1)、真菌Chao1指数(FChao1)、氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)构成,其中,MBC、TN、TC是影响土壤质量的主要因子。与CK处理相比,OF1、OF2、RSD1、RSD2处理的土壤质量指数(SQI)分别显著提高了87.34%、96.02%、90.19%、91.08%,SQI范围为0.487~0.510,土壤质量由原来的低水平显著提升到中等水平。可见RSD与施用有机肥能够改善土壤质量,研究结果可为设施蔬菜产业的可持续发展提供科学依据。

Reductive soil disinfestation (RSD) and organic fertilizer application have been successfully used in preventing and controlling soil continuous cropping obstacle. To evaluate their effects on soil quality, we took the degraded facility vegetable soil as the research object anddesigned six treatments: soil (CK), soil unfertilized, flooded and mulched with plastic film (FF),soil amended with chicken manure (OF1), soil amended with Sesbania cannabina (OF2), soil amended with chicken manure, flooded and mulched with plastic film (RSD1), soil amended with Sesbania cannabina, flooded and mulched with plastic film (RSD2).We measured a total of 25 soil chemical and biological indicators, used principal component analysis (PCA) and correlation analysis to construct the minimum data set (MDS), evaluated soil quality based on soil quality index (SQI) and finally verified the rationality of MDS. Results showed that the MDS comprised total nitrogen (TN), total carbon (TC), available phosphorus (AP), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), ammonium nitrogen (NH4+-N), pH, microbial biomass carbon (MBC), microbial biomass phosphorus (MBP), bacterial Chao1 index (BChao1) ,fungal Chao1 index (FChao1)andβ-1, 4-acetylglucosaminidase (NAG). MBC、TN and TC are key influencing factors of soil quality. Compared to the CK treatment, the OF1, OF2, RSD1, and RSD2 treatments significantly improved soil quality index (SQI) by 87.34%, 96.02%, 90.19%, and 91.08%, respectively. The SQI ranged from 0.487 to 0.510 and significantly improved from a low level to a moderate level. Therefore, RSD and organic fertilizer application can improve soil quality. This study provides a scientific basis for the sustainable development of facility vegetable industry.
