MPSIS软件注锌模块的验证与敏感性分析

一回路注锌在国际上已有很多实践,国内也开展了大量研究,中广核集团自主开发的污垢行为分析软件CAMPSIS中加入了注锌模块。基于注锌原理和国际实践经验,结合CAMPSIS软件的特点,对其注锌模块进行了验证并开展敏感性分析。结果表明,CAMPSIS软件关于堆芯污垢质量的计算结果与实验结果总体趋势基本一致,平均相对偏差为-20.3%,注锌浓度、注锌循环等敏感性分析结果符合理论预期。本项工作能够为CAMPSIS软件的工程应用,以及国内核电厂注锌技术的应用提供技术支持。

Background]Zinc-injection in primary coolant has been widely practiced in the world, and a lot of research has been carried out in China. The CAMPSIS software, which belongs to China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. and has independent intellectual property rights, is developed for analysis of crud behavior in reactor core. And the CAMPSIS software has a zinc-injection module. [Purpose]This study aims at verification and sensitivity analysis of the zinc-injection module, and provide technical supports for engineering applications of the CAMPSIS software and the zinc-injection technology. [Methods]Based on the fundamentals of zinc-injection and the experience of international practices, combined with the characteristics of CAMPSIS software, the verification and sensitivity analysis of the zinc-injection module of CAMPSIS were carried out. [Results]It is showed that overall trend of the calculaiton results of CAMPSIS software about the crud mass of reactor core is basically consistent with the experimental results, the average relative deviation is -20.3%, and the sensitivity analysis results of zinc-injection concentration and zinc-injection cycle were in line with theoretical expectations.
