基于深度学习及阿里云百炼平台的水稻病虫害识别
Rice Pest and Disease Recognition Based on Deep Learning and AliCloud Hundred Refinements Platform
水稻是世界上最重要的粮食作物之一,然而病虫害的侵袭严重影响了水稻产量和质量。传统的病虫害识别方法受到诸多限制,例如准确性不高、效率低下等缺点,因此本文针对水稻病虫害防治中存在的困难和挑战,从传统的深度学习技术的层面出发来探究水稻病虫害识别技术--首先,介绍了YOLOv8目标检测模型的技术特点与优势;其次,介绍了该系统的开发环境和设计思路;最后,详细介绍了基于YOLOv8深度学习的水稻病虫害识别系统的具体操作内容,不仅能够识别出14种类型的水稻害虫,还能通过图像、视频的数据进行实时监测,为水稻病虫害的监测和防治提供了一种新的模型与解决方案。另外,本文还通过企业大模型生产平台--阿里云百炼平台上进行一个水稻害虫识别智能机器人的智能体应用开发,进而探索一种区别于传统且简洁方便的水稻病虫害识别方法。
Rice is one of the most important food crops in the world, however, the infestation of pests and diseases seriously affects the yield and quality of rice. Traditional pest and disease identification methods are subject to many limitations, such as low accuracy, low efficiency and other shortcomings, so this paper addresses the difficulties and challenges in rice pest and disease control, and explores the rice pest and disease identification technology from the level of traditional deep learning technology - firstly, it introduces the technological features and advantages of the YOLOv8 target detection model; secondly, it describes the development environment and the design of the system; finally, it details the YOLOv8 deep learning-based rice pest and disease identification technology; and lastly, it describes in detail the YOLOv8 target detection model. ideas; finally, the specific operation content of the rice pest recognition system based on YOLOv8 deep learning is described in detail, which can not only recognize 14 types of rice pests, but also conduct real-time monitoring through the data of images and videos, providing a new model and solution for the monitoring and control of rice pests. In addition, this paper also carries out the development of an intelligent body application of a rice pest identification intelligent robot on the enterprise large model production platform - AliCloud Hundred Refinement Platform, and then explores a rice pest identification method that is different from the traditional and concise and convenient.
