“Smart Road Patrol and Guard” - Research Report on Intelligent Inspection Platform for Road Networks Based on Crowdsourcing and Specialized Data Fusion
为了克服商用道路巡检车辆行驶路线的不确定性及固定区域内道路巡检覆盖的不完整性,本研究开发了基于众包与专业数据融合的道路网智能巡检平台。平台利用商用车辆上搭载的视觉识别设备对道路网进行巡检,并通过Google Or-Tools VRP求解器生成最优巡检路线;使用YOLO11算法判定道路病害的严重程度,并据此划分路段修复优先级,生成智能检修方案;生成定期巡检报告,对周期内的巡检情况和路面病害数据进行详细统计和上报。平台提供了优化后的巡检路线,减少了巡检车辆使用频次,提高了巡检效率,增强了路面维护的响应速度。平台依赖于商用车辆的巡检频率,在商用车辆较少时巡检效果可能会有所下降。本研究为道路网智能巡检提供了高效的解决方案,有助于提高道路维护的快速性和科学性,降低道路养护巡检的成本。
In order to overcome the uncertainty of the traveling routes of commercial road inspection vehicles and the incompleteness of the road inspection coverage in a fixed area, this study develops a road network intelligent inspection platform based on crowdsourcing and professional data fusion. The platform utilizes the visual recognition equipment equipped on commercial vehicles to inspect the road network, and generates the optimal inspection routes through the Google Or-Tools VRP solver; uses the YOLO11 algorithm to determine the severity of road damage, and accordingly divides the repair priority of road sections and generates an intelligent maintenance program; generates a regular inspection report, and carries out detailed statistics and reports on the inspection situation and pavement damage data during the cycle. The platform provides optimized inspection routes, which reduces the frequency of inspection vehicles, improves inspection efficiency and enhances the response speed of pavement maintenance. The platform relies on the inspection frequency of commercial vehicles, and the inspection effect may be reduced when there are fewer commercial vehicles. This study provides an efficient solution for intelligent inspection of road networks, which helps to improve the rapidity and scientificity of road maintenance and reduce the cost of road maintenance inspections.
