随着信息化时代的进程不断推进,情绪在消费者决策中的影响力日益增强。近年来,情绪调节逐渐成为塑造消费者行为的重要因素,尤其在年轻群体中表现得尤为显著。本文从心理学和经济学的视角探讨了情绪波动与消费欲望之间的关系。研究基于情绪调节理论,通过扩充情绪词典和分析微博大数据,考察情绪对社会消费品零售总额的影响。首先,本研究结合现有情绪词库和腾讯AILab中文词向量数据,利用大模型筛选候选词,构建了更贴合当代网络语言的情绪词典。随后,基于该词典对2010至2020年的微博情绪数据进行面板数据分析,发现积极情绪(如愉悦、良好)显著促进消费增长,而愤怒和悲伤情绪则通过冲动性或补偿性消费拉动消费水平。相比之下,惊恐情绪对消费行为有一定抑制作用。研究结果不仅丰富了情绪与消费行为关系的理论研究,也为市场营销和政策制定提供了重要参考。

With the ongoing advancement of the information age, the influence of emotions on consumer decision-making has become increasingly significant. In recent years, emotional regulation has gradually emerged as a key factor shaping consumer behavior, particularly among younger populations. This study explores the relationship between emotional fluctuations and consumer desire from both psychological and economic perspectives. Based on emotional regulation theory, the research expands an emotion lexicon and analyzes large-scale Weibo data to examine the impact of emotions on the total retail sales of consumer goods. First, the study integrates existing emotion lexicons with Tencent AI Labs Chinese word vector data and uses large models to filter candidate words, constructing an emotion lexicon more aligned with contemporary online language. Subsequently, panel data analysis of Weibo emotional data from 2010 to 2020, based on the expanded lexicon, reveals that positive emotions (such as joy and contentment) significantly promote consumption growth, while anger and sadness drive impulsive or compensatory consumption. In contrast, emotions of surprise and fear tend to suppress consumption behavior. The findings not only enrich theoretical research on the relationship between emotions and consumer behavior but also provide valuable insights for marketing strategies and policy formulation.
