【目的/意义]未来学习中心作为高校图书馆高质量发展的一个典型质态,应该为社会新质生产力的解放提供智力支撑。[方法/过程]通过分析新质生产力和未来学习中心的观念、人员、技术的耦合点,刨析未来学习中心是人的全面发展、教育的重要举措、知识场景化、基层学习组织等核心要义,从而提出从管理理论综合运用、资源集成融合、新质技术引入、工作人员年轻化、知识需求者自我服务、知识场景化等方面的实现路径。[结果/结论]实现未来学习中心的高质量发展要,紧跟社会发展步伐,突破自身现有状态,实现质的飞跃,形成新的服务能力,为社会新质生产力的解放发展提供智力支撑。

bstract ?[Objective/significance] As a typical quality of the high-quality development of university libraries, The future learning center should provide intellectual support for the liberation of social new quality productive forces. [Method/process] By analyzing the coupling point of new quality productivity and the concept, personnel and technology of the future learning center, It is analyzed that the future learning center is the core meaning of the all-round development of people, the important measures of education, the scene of knowledge, and the grass-roots learning organization. Thus, it puts forward the realization path from the comprehensive application of management theory, the integration of resources, the introduction of new quality technology, the younger staff, the self-service of knowledge demanders, the knowledge scene and so on. [Result/conclusion] To realize the high-quality development of future learning center, We should keep up with the pace of social development, break through the existing state, achieve a qualitative leap, form a new service ability, and provide intellectual support for the liberation and development of social new quality productive forces.
