我院“四专”中医护理门诊体系的确立与中医儿科护理门诊特色护理内涵

我院利用中医护理门诊对临床护理、教学、科研力量的整合优势，不断提升临床护理工作质量，实现冯运华教授对护理工作“从经验型向科学型发展”的指导目标，确立“四专”中医护理门诊纵向串联的工作体系。增设中医儿科护理门诊，根植小儿体质学说发展辩证施护特色，完善整体护理观下的情志护理方案。在打造优质护理服务基础上，继续探索中医护理门诊信息化管理发展的可行道路。
We take the advantages of TCM nursing clinic to integrate clinical nursing,teaching and scientific research work,in order to improve the quality of clinical nursing.Realized professor Feng Yunhuas guiding goal of "developing from empirical to scientific type" in nursing work.Establish the "four special" TCM nursing outpatient department vertical series working system.Rooted in the theory of childrens constitution to develop dialectical care characteristics, improve emotional nursing programt under the the overall nursing concep.On the basis of building high-quality nursing services, we will continue to explore the feasible way of the development of TCM nursing outpatient information management.
