his article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with nerve root type cervical spondylosis treated with traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy combined with acupoint massage. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, patients are treated with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing, using traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy techniques, acupoint massage, combined with emotional care, health education, and other holistic nursing treatments to assist patients in further understanding their own diseases, effectively improving symptoms such as neck, shoulder, and back pain, right upper limb numbness, and radiating pain.
