一例SAPHO综合征合并2型糖尿病中年男性患者的中西医结合护理

总结2024年10月我科收治的1例SAPHO综合征合并2型糖尿病患者的中西医结合护理经验。护理要点：SAPHO综合征的识别与评估（实验室指标、影像学报告、临床症状评估）；SAPHO综合征合并2型糖尿病中西医结合护理（疼痛护理、皮肤护理、用药护理、中医技术特色护理、生活护理）；深度“识别-解症-回访”系统性心理护理等。经过 12 d 的精心治疗与护理，患者好转出院，继续遵医嘱中西结合预防。
he integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing experience of a patient with SAPHO syndrome complicated with type 2 diabetes was summarized and admitted in October 2024. The main points of nursing included: Identification and evaluation of SAPHO syndrome (laboratory indicators, imaging reports, clinical symptoms); In combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for SAPHO syndrome with type 2 diabetes (pain nursingskin nursing, medication nursing, technical characteristics nurse of traditional Chinese medicine, life nursing); Deepen the systematic psychological nursing of "identification, symptom resolution, and return visit". After 12 days of careful treatment and nursing, the patients condition improved and was discharged from the hospital. They continued to follow the doctor's advice to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine for prevention.
