通过引入微信公众号智能客服的功能,用户可以通过公众号窗口,实时发送文字向智能客服进行咨询,包括但不限于产品的选购、功能、价格等因素。通过搭载百炼平台通义千问-Plus语言模型,创建大模型问答应用,搭建微信公众号连接流,验证AI智能客服,以及添加私有知识,可以实现全天候智能自动回复,解答用户的需求与疑问,此外,通过搜集用户提问的热点关键词,我们可以不断优化模型,改进私有知识,以达到更好的服务效果,也可为后续的产品研发提供新的思路。
By introducing the function of intelligent customer service of wechat public number, users can send text to intelligent customer service in real time through the public number window for consultation, including but not limited to product purchase, function, price and other factors. By carrying the Tongyi Qian-Plus language model of Bilian platform, creating a large-model Q&A application, building a wechat public account connection stream, verifying AI intelligent customer service, and adding private knowledge, we can realize all-weather intelligent automatic reply to answer users\' needs and questions. In addition, by collecting hot keywords asked by users, we can constantly optimize the model. Improving private knowledge to achieve better service results can also provide new ideas for subsequent product development.
