代谢综合征是指潜在机制为胰岛素抵抗 水平升高,机体发生以肥胖、高血脂、高血压、高血糖为主要表现的多种代谢紊乱症状。血清肌酐与胱抑素C比值是衡量慢性阻塞性肺疾病、特发性肺纤维化、胃癌和肌少症等疾病患者相对肌肉质量标志物的有效指标。胰岛素抵抗与肌肉质量减少相互作用,相互促进。本文就肌酐与胱抑素C比值与代谢综合征及其相关疾病之间的相关性进行综述。

Metabolic syndrome refers to the underlying mechanism of insulin resistance to the increase of insulin resistance, the body with obesity, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hyperglycemia as the main manifestations of various metabolic disorders. Serum creatinine to cystatin C ratio is a valid measure of relative muscle mass markers in patients with diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, gastric cancer, and sarcopies. Insulin resistance interacts with reduced muscle mass, and promotes each other. This review summarizes the correlation between creatinine and cystatin C ratio and metabolic syndrome and its related diseases.
