随着在线学习平台的快速发展,教育数据挖掘(EDM)逐渐成为提升学生学习效果的重要手段。基于豆豆云平台的研究,分析了学生在个性化学习路径推荐系统中的学习行为和表现。通过对平台上积累的大量学习数据的深入挖掘,构建了个性化学习路径,旨在提高学习效率与效果。研究首先探讨了教育数据的背景和重要性,随后对数据集进行了详细描述与预处理,选择了合适的特征并构建了基于随机森林的分类模型。在此基础上,研究还实现了动态推荐机制,结合不同群体的学习特征,为学生提供量身定制的学习建议。最终结果表明,该系统有效提升了学生的学习动机与学习成绩,证明了教育数据挖掘技术在个性化学习中的广泛应用潜力。

With the rapid development of online learning platforms, Educational Data Mining (EDM) has gradually become an important means to improve students \'learning effects. Based on the research of Doudou cloud platform, this paper analyzes students \'learning behavior and performance in the personalized learning path recommendation system. Through the in-depth mining of a large number of learning data accumulated on the platform, a personalized learning path is constructed, aiming to improve the learning efficiency and effectiveness. Firstly, the background and importance of educational data were discussed, and then the data set was described and preprocessed in detail, and the appropriate features were selected and a classification model based on random forest was constructed. On this basis, the research also implements a dynamic recommendation mechanism, which combines the learning characteristics of different groups to provide tailored learning suggestions for students. The final results show that the system effectively improves students \'learning motivation and learning performance, and proves the broad application potential of educational data mining technology in personalized learning.
