工业智能化、产业结构升级与中国碳排放强度

为探究工业智能化对碳排放的影响,文章构建了工业智能化对碳排放强度影响的中介效应机理模型及空间效应模型。基于2015-2020年中国30省份面板数据集,对各省工业智能化水平和工业碳排放强度进行测度。研究结果显示:工业智能化能显著抑制碳排放总量,降低碳排放强度。中介效应分析显示,工业智能化能够通过促进产业结构升级的方式更好的降低碳排放强度。空间杜宾模型和溢出效应的分解结果显示,工业智能化不仅能降低本地的碳排放强度还能在一定程度上降低邻近省份的碳排放强度,这有助于实现区域间绿色协调发展;异质性分析结果表明,工业智能化对碳排放强度的影响存在区域异质性,无论是高工业化水平区域还是低工业化水平区域,工业智能化的碳减排效果均显著,在环境规制强度较低的情况下,工业智能化对碳排放总量和碳排放强度的抑制作用更明显。

o explore the impact of industrial intelligence on carbon emissions, the article constructs a mediation effect mechanism model and a spatial effect model for the impact of industrial intelligence on carbon emission intensity. Based on the panel data set of 30 provinces in China from 2015 to 2020, the level of industrial intelligence and industrial carbon emission intensity of each province are measured. The research results show that industrial intelligence can significantly suppress the total amount of carbon emissions and reduce carbon emission intensity. The mediation effect analysis shows that industrial intelligence can better reduce carbon emission intensity by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. The decomposition results of the spatial Durbin model and spillover effects show that industrial intelligence can not only reduce the local carbon emission intensity but also reduce the carbon emission intensity of neighboring provinces to a certain extent, which is conducive to achieving green and coordinated development among regions; the heterogeneity analysis results show that there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of industrial intelligence on carbon emission intensity. Whether in regions with high industrialization levels or low industrialization levels, the carbon emission reduction effect of industrial intelligence is significant. When the intensity of environmental regulation is low, the suppression effect of industrial intelligence on the total amount of carbon emissions and carbon emission intensity is more obvious.
