中药塌渍联合手法松解术治疗1例腰椎间盘突出症持久性疼痛患者的护理体会

his study aims to explore the nursing effects and experiences of combining traditional Chinese medicine poultice with manual release techniques in treating patients with persistent pain due to lumbar disc herniation. Through clinical observation and nursing practice on a typical patient with lumbar disc herniation accompanied by persistent pain, we found that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine poultice and manual release techniques can effectively alleviate the patients pain symptoms and improve their quality of life. During the nursing process, we focused on psychological counseling, position care, pain management, and rehabilitation guidance, providing comprehensive and meticulous nursing services. The results show that this treatment plan, combined with meticulous care, significantly increased patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes. This study provides new ideas and methods for the treatment and nursing of patients with persistent pain due to lumbar disc herniation.
