Regarding the application of unmanned vehicle delivery at the logistics end, this study explores the underlying mechanism of their willingness to use through grounded theory and interviews with 15 users. Research has found that perceived technological features, perceived value, user characteristics, and subjective norms are the core influencing factors. Technical characteristics and perceived value directly affect user attitudes, while user characteristics and subjective norms indirectly affect usage intentions. Suggest that enterprises strengthen technology promotion and enhance transparency; The government should support and regulate services, and create a good operating environment. At the same time, providing personalized experiences and focusing on privacy and security to enhance user trust and satisfaction. These suggestions will help promote the popularization and acceptance of unmanned vehicle delivery services.
