为研究土壤不同Pb浓度对栀子幼苗生长的影响及其生长模型,以及栀子对Pb吸收转移改良土壤的能力。选择盆栽栀子幼苗为研究对象,设置了土壤Pb浓度分别为:0mg/kg(对照组DZ)、500mg/kg(SY1)、1 000 mg/kg(SY2)、1 500 mg/kg(SY3)、2 000 mg/kg(SY4)5个处理组,测量了株高、净光合速率、SOD、POD、CAT等5个指标。统计分析表明:(1)栀子株高、净光合速率、SOD、POD、CAT各指标随生长时间呈现出极显著性(P<0.01)的Logistic生长曲线。(2)配对T检验表明,各指标正常组与各实验组都有极显著差异(P<0.01)、其他实验组相互间也基本存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。(3)随着土壤 Pb 含量的升高,栀子幼苗地上部分、地下部分以及整株对 Pb 的吸收量随之升高,其中根对 Pb的吸收量是茎、叶的2-3倍。从整株来看,SY3、SY4组的转移系数最大,分别为0.731、0.734。获得基本结论:土壤Pb 含量达到2000 mg/kg时,会极显著影响到栀子幼苗的生理生长变化;土壤 Pb 含量增量达到500mg/kg时,已显著影响到了栀子幼苗的生理生长变化;土壤Pb 含量不高于1500 mg/kg时,栀子幼苗的生理生长变化既显著低于2000 mg/kg的变化,同时又有较高的转移系数,可以很好地改良土壤。

o investigate the effects of different Pb concentrations in soil on the growth of Gardenia jasminoides seedlings and their growth models, as well as the ability of Gardenia jasminoides to improve soil by absorbing and transferring Pb. Potted gardenia seedlings were selected as the research object, and soil Pb concentrations were set up in five treatment groups: 0mg/kg (control group DZ), 500mg/kg (SY1), 1000mg/kg (SY2), 1500mg/kg (SY3), and 2000mg/kg (SY4). Five indicators including plant height, net photosynthetic rate, SOD, POD, CAT were measured. Statistical analysis shows that: (1) The height, net photosynthetic rate, SOD, POD, and CAT indicators of Gardenia jasminoides exhibit highly significant (P<0.01) logistic growth curves with growth time. (2) Paired t-test showed that there were significant differences (P<0.01) between the normal group and each experimental group in terms of various indicators, and there were also significant differences (P<0.01) between other experimental groups. (3) With the increase of soil Pb content, the absorption of Pb by the aboveground and underground parts of Gardenia jasminoides seedlings, as well as the whole plant, also increases. Among them, the absorption of Pb by roots is 2-3 times that of stems and leaves. From the perspective of the entire plant, the transfer coefficients of SY3 and SY4 groups are the highest, at 0.731 and 0.734, respectively. Basic conclusion: When the soil Pb content reaches 2000 mg/kg, it will significantly affect the normal physiological growth changes of gardenia seedlings; When the increase in soil Pb content reached 500mg/kg, it significantly affected the normal physiological growth changes of gardenia seedlings; When the soil Pb content is not higher than 1500 mg/kg, the physiological growth changes of Gardenia jasminoides seedlings are significantly lower than those of 2000 mg/kg, while also having a high transfer coefficient, which can effectively improve the soil.
