白酒葛根对人体血压影响的时程关系及数学模型分析

目的]为了观察不同饮酒量和葛根粉对血压、心率的影响,以及随时程变化的特点,进一步认识功能性白酒的意义。[方法]选取了40位18岁-23岁健康自愿参加活动的大学生为观察对象,将对象分成只饮用白酒的A组和饮用白酒+葛根粉的B组,每组又按照饮酒量分成50mL、100mL、150mL、200mL四个小组,每小组重复5人,观察了收缩压、舒张压和心率3个指标,从多维度多角度采用了多种统计分析方法进行分析。[结果]结果表明,饮酒前收缩压、舒张压和心率都无显著差异,生理基本条件相同,但饮酒后随着饮酒量的增加,收缩压、舒张压和心率也再增大。饮酒后20 min的收缩压、舒张压、心率都极显著高于饮酒前,饮酒引起收缩压、舒张压、心率显著增大,葛根粉具有拮抗饮酒对血压和心率影响的功能。酒后随着时间的推移,血压呈先增大后减小的趋势,收缩压在20min时达到峰值,舒张压在15min时达到峰值。A4与B4相比较,两者变化趋势基本一致,但是B4组峰值和增幅明显低于A4,也显示出葛根粉具有降压的作用。收缩压、舒张压都与时间存在极显著的3次多项式的线性数学模型。[结论]饮酒可以引起血压和心率的增大,随饮酒量的增加而增大,特别是对收缩压影响最显著,饮用葛根粉具有显著的降血压降心率作用,收缩压和舒张压与时间存在显著的三次多项式函数关系,本研究结果对研究功能性白酒有参考价值。

Objective] To observe the effects of different alcohol consumption and pueraria powder on blood pressure and heart rate, as well as the characteristics of changes at any time, and further understand the significance of functional Baijiu. [Methods] Forty healthy college students aged 18-23 who volunteered to participate in activities were selected as the observation objects. The subjects were divided into group A who only drank Baijiu and group B who drank Baijiu+kudzu root powder. Each group wTime course relationship and mathematical model analysis of the influence of Baijiu pueraria lobata on human blood pressureas divided into four groups according to the amount of alcohol consumed: 50mL, 100mL, 150mL, 200mL. Each group was repeated with five people. Three indicators of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate were observed. Multiple statistical analysis methods were used from multiple perspectives to analyze. The results showed that there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate before drinking, and the physiological basic conditions were the same. However, with the increase of alcohol consumption, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate also increased again after drinking. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate after 20 minutes of drinking were significantly higher than before drinking. Drinking caused a significant increase in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate. Pueraria powder has the function of antagonizing the effects of drinking on blood pressure and heart rate. After drinking alcohol, blood pressure shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing over time, with systolic blood pressure reaching its peak at 20 minutes and diastolic blood pressure reaching its peak at 15 minutes. Compared with B4, the trend of A4 and B4 is basically the same, but the peak and amplitude of B4 group are significantly lower than A4, indicating that kudzu root powder has a blood pressure lowering effect. There is a highly significantlinear mathematical model of a third degree polynomial relationship between systolic and diastolic blood pressure and time. [Conclusion] Drinking alcohol can cause the increase of blood pressure and heart rate, which will increase with the increase of alcohol consumption, especially the most significant effect on systolic blood pressure. Drinking pueraria powder has a significant effect on lowering blood pressure and heart rate. There is a significant cubic polynomial function relationship between systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure and time. The results of this study have reference value for the study of functional Baijiu.
