双创竞赛对大学生创业意愿的影响研究-- 以北京邮电大学为例

Entrepreneurship as an endogenous driving force for the country\'s rapid development, is an effective way to alleviate the employment conflicts of college students. Entrepreneurial intentions have the greatest influence on individual entrepreneurial behavior, and when undertaking entrepreneurial-related activities, entrepreneurial intentions should be generated before being put into practice. Through literature reading and practical research, this paper considers and investigates the following questions, starting from the current situation of undergraduates\' participation in dual-innovation competitions at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT).To address these research questions, this paper uses a sample of 318 undergraduate students from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) to test the empirical analysis. The main findings are as follows:First, participating in dual-innovation competitions can effectively stimulate students\' entrepreneurial intentions. Second, participating in dual-innovation competitions has a good effect on the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students. Third, improving entrepreneurial self-efficacy can improve college students\' entrepreneurial intentions, and the strength of college students\' entrepreneurial self-efficacy can have a significant positive impact on the change of their own entrepreneurial intentions. Fourth, college students\' participation in the dual-innovation competition can indirectly influence entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial self-efficacy, that is, entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a part of mediating effect in the process of dual-innovation competition influencing entrepreneurial intention.
