接纳承诺疗法联合舍曲林对抑郁症青少年抑郁情绪、自杀意念及睡眠质量的影响研究

BackgroundThe detection rate of adolescent depression has shown an increasing trendwhich has become a public issue in society. Currentlythere are still limited treatment options. ACT is one of the core representatives of the third-generation cognitive behavioral therapyCBTand its application in domestic adolescent populations is relatively limited. ObjectiveThis study aims to explore the intervention effects of ACT combined with Sertraline on depressive mood suicidal ideationand sleep quality of adolescents with depression. MethodsAdolescents with depression who visited Chenjiaqiao Hospital in Shapingba DistrictChongqingfrom October 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects.A total of 70 patients were initially included and divided into a control groupn=35 and an intervention groupn=35 using a randomized controlled trial. The control group used Sertraline combined with mental health educationwhile the intervention group used ACT combined with Sertraline. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared using the Athens Insomnia ScaleAISSelf-rating Depression ScaleSDSSelf-rating Idea of Suicide ScaleSIOSSAcceptance and Action Questionnaire- AAQ- Avoidance and Fusion Questionnaire for YouthAFQ-Y8and sleep monitoring results. ResultsFinally30 patients in the control group and 32 in the intervention group completed the study. After 8 weeks of treatmentAISSDSSIOSSAAQ- and AFQ-Y8 score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group P<0.05. Total sleep timeTST and Sleep efficiencySE were higher in the intervention groupP<0.05 and Sleep latencySL and Wake after sleep onsetWASO were lower in the intervention groupP<0.05. ConclusionACT can increase psychological flexibilityalleviate depressive moodimprove sleep qualityand reduce suicidal ideation levels in adolescents with depressionwhich is of good clinical application value.
