破碎方式对再生骨料性质及形态特征影响研究
为系统研究废弃混凝土再生骨料的物理性质与形态特征,以鄂式破碎和反击式破碎2种方式生产的再生骨料为研究对象,对其物理技术指标进行了测试和分析,并采用数字图像技术对再生骨料的几何形态进行了采集和量化。结果表明,与天然骨料相比,再生骨料的表观相对密度小,吸水率高,压碎值高,针片状含量低,清洗后的含泥量能满足使用要求。再生骨料的吸水率、压碎值主要取决于其表面附着砂浆的数量和强度,故其吸水率、压碎值变化与砂浆附着率测试结果一致,受破碎方式影响不大。但破碎方式对表观相对密度影响较大,颚式破碎生产的小粒径再生骨料的表观相对密度高于反击式破碎生产的再生骨料,颚式破碎生产的大粒径再生骨料的表观相对密度低于反击式破碎生产的再生骨料。在几何形态特征方面,受到施工服役及二次破碎过程影响,再生骨料的针度减小,圆度、等效椭圆周长降低,即其针片状含量降低、棱角性变弱,需要通过整形工艺提高其圆度。整体而言,反击式破碎生产的再生骨料颗粒几何形态特性优于鄂式破碎生产的再生骨料。这些结论可为通过破碎工艺优化废弃混凝土再生骨料性能、评估其形态特性提供参考。
o systematically study the physical properties and morphological characteristics of recycled concrete aggregates from waste concrete, the recycled aggregates produced by two methods, namely jaw crushing and impact crushing, were taken as the research object for testing and analyzing of their physical and technical indicators. The physical technical indicators of these recycled aggregates were tested and analyzed, and digital image technology was used to collect and quantify the geometric shapes of the recycled aggregates. Results show that compared with natural aggregates, recycled concrete aggregates have lower apparent relative density, higher water absorption, higher crushing value, and lower needle like content. The mud content after cleaning can meet the usage requirements.. The water absorption rate and crushing value of recycled concrete aggregates mainly depend on the quantity and strength of mortar attached to its surface, so the changes in water absorption rate and crushing value are consistent with the test results of mortar adhesion rate, and are not significantly affected by the crushing method. However, the crushing method has a significant impact on the apparent relative density. The jaw crusher for small-sized recycled concrete aggregate is better than the impact crusher, while the jaw crusher for large-sized recycled concrete aggregate is worse than the impact crusher. In terms of geometric characteristics, under the influence of construction usage and the secondary crushing process, the needle index value of recycled concrete aggregate shows a downward trend. Meanwhile, the roundness value and equivalent elliptical circumference decrease, indicating that the content of needle-like particles in it reduces and its angularity becomes less pronounced.Therefore, it is necessary to improve its roundness value through shaping technology. Overall, the geometric characteristics of the recycled concrete aggregate particles produced by the impact crusher are better than those produced by the jaw crusher. These conclusions can provide reference for optimizing the performance of recycled concrete aggregates through crushing processes and evaluating their morphological characteristics.
