中国人群药源性心脏毒性的现状分析与展望

Pharmacogenetic cardiotoxicity is one of the most common and serious clinical adverse drug reactions and an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease. At presenthighly specific and sensitive early predictive indicators and effective preventive and curative drugs are still lacking. It is of great significance to understand the current situation of the occurrence of drug-induced cardiotoxicity in Chinato explore the clinical evaluation indices for early detectionand to summarize the measures to reduce toxicity and increase efficacy in order to improve cardiac injury and enhance drug safety. The purpose of this paper is to systematically summarize the clinical status of drug-induced cardiotoxicity in Chinalist in detail the drugs with definite or potential cardiotoxicityand explore the mechanisms of their toxicity. At the same timeit focuses on the early monitoring and warning of drug-induced cardiotoxicityand summarizes the prevention and treatment measures in Chinese and Western medicinewhich provide valuable references for its early detection and early intervention.
