目的:研究TORC2基因多态性分布特点与有氧耐力的关联性,寻找可以作为有氧耐力的遗传学标记。方法:应用基质辅助激光解吸附电离飞行时间质谱检测技术对123名中国北方汉族优秀长跑运动员与127名中国北方汉族普通大学生TORC2基因区的rs6724,rs10908558,rs10127983位点的多态性进行解析和比较。结果:三个多态位点在普通人中的分布完全一致,基因型分布频率为11.0%,35.4%,53.5%,等位基因分布频率为28.7%,71.3%。单个位点的基因型频率和等位基因频率在运动员组中的分布与普通人组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与普通人组相比,由rs6724和rs10127983组成的单体型CC在马拉松运动员中具有显著性差异(P=0.0035)。结论:TORC2的三个多态位点在中国北方汉族人群中存在两两完全连锁不平衡。单个多态性与有氧耐力无显著相关性,不能作为预测个体有氧耐力的遗传标记。rs6742和rs10127983组成的CC型单体型能否作为马拉松运动员的遗传标记,有待于进一步研究。

Objective: Determining whether single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the TORC2 genes region contribute to endurance exercise capacity and searching for genetic marks associated for aerobic endurance performance. Methods: Rs6724,rs10908558 and rs10127983 in TORC2 gene regions were selected and the genotypes of the 123 cases and 127 controls were analyzed using the matrix assisted laser desorption ionisation-time of flight mass spectrometry method (MALDI-TOF).Results: frequency distribution of the 3 SNP is complete coincidence in control group. Allele frequency is 28.7%,71.3% and genotype frequency is 11.0%,35.4%,53.5%. There is no significant difference in the distribution of single location between case and control groups(P>0.05). The frequency of haplotype CC(rs6724 and rs10127983) was significantly higher in Marathon groups than controls(P=0.0035). Conclusion: Among the individual SNP examined,they are nearly completely disequilibrium.All those single polymorphism loci were individually not associated with aerobic endurance.It failed to be a genetic mark for aerobic endurance performance. Whether the haplotype CC in rs6742 and rs10127983 could be a genetic mark for Marthon need further research.
